Nice house,brand new,big nicely equiped and located close to town center of Karlovy Vary and still in the middle of nature. You can walk to town in 20 min, in a save way next to the reasonable quite road into Karlovy vary or via walking tracks next to the river. House is located in a resort which is mixed used,some people live their others come for weekends. Their is security on side as well. all reviews »
The villa was huge, clean, and very well equipped. Bazant is located right next to all the action in Karlovy Vary if you have a car (a 5-minute drive from the center).
There is a swimming pool, which our children enjoyed a great deal.
The house was spotless, and very spacious and functional, except that we did not have enough hot water. It is located in a very quiet and relaxing area, yet it is not far from downtown Karlovy Vary.

the Villa is spacious and the bed is kinda acceptable.
No Internet in the villa, not even for an extra charge. I knew it when I made the booking (actually wanted to spend a few days away from the computer), but it may be a minus for many. Even in the office, there was no connection when I needed to do something urgent.
There is not enough communication between staff and guests. We did not know how to get more hot water--I am sure this would not have been an issue if we had known. The owners of this resort should make booklets in various languages for their guests containing information about the houses and resort. We also did not know when the fitness room was open--this could be easily solved with more information to the guests.
