There was absolutely nothing I did not dislike....WiFi was free in the Solaria room would have been nice to have it free in room - too.We were in a car and it should really have been made clear that the parking was some distance away, as it is impossible to approach the hotel in a car. The fact that we reserveda double bed but we got two singles ojne next to thew other instead. furniture just slightly old. Lack of English TV channels. very minor, but the towels were a bit old. The internet didn't work in our room. some unknown hairs in the bathroom... behind the desk we found a lot of lint and dirt. a bit noisy in the mornings because of public utilities works.Doubt about 4 stars,the facilities correspond to strong 3 stars,but not 4...breakfast - left out for too long and not covered suitably. The hotel has no parking available on site. You can park at another hotel about a 1/2 mile away for 200 crowns (about $13) per night. You can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. Hotel managers and reception are friendly but speak no English so don't plan on getting driving directions or other information assistance from the hotel.bad quality of TV (picture, not size), small buffet breakfast (with supervision of staff - oh you took another one glass with juice! you really want omelette? oh no!), dirty carpet in the room, doubt about ****, we think only *** is right, complicated parking but there is good possibilities use buses from Prague (every hour, 110 CZK). No wireless internet available. Some of the staff didn't really speak English, I had to fall back on German.Staff speaks czech, german and maybe russian. Forget about English!. Hotel staff applied their own (too high) conversion rate for thebooking. The website displayed a beautiful swimming pool, which belongsto a company next door. Not a part of the hotel. Maybe I justmisunderstood, but such picture shouldn't be there.No kettle for baby feeding. But reception offer hot water for free. You have to pick the baby cot by yourself from storage room. The hotel is nice but it worth 3 stars not 4 stars. Very hard to find. No parking at all.
