  Love it! The top view of Cesky Krumlov can be seen from our window. The villa is new and clean. Staffs were so friendly. The only worry was we have to pick up the key from its sister hotel. Anyhow, it is very convenient as two places are not really far from each other. The villa is not in the heart of old town but is of walking distance. Kids may ... what people say » complain a bit but it is worthwhile strolling. This is offset with great view from the window Villa. - Villa Johanna's location is perhaps it's finest quality: away (but not far) from the city center, with astonishing view and relaxing garden. The apartment was perfect in every sense. The service, both at the reception desk at Penzion Hubertus and Villa Johanna's, was superb.
