  We had a downstairs room which had a balcony overlooking the river (there is also a balcony upstairs). The room wasn't modern but it was comfortable, functional and clean. Wifi worked well.   The location was very convenient for visiting the castle and old town. The staff were friendly and called a taxi for us and recommended a very good restaurant.   We loved our room. It was close to all tourist attractions, but very quiet. We had a fantastic view of the river, room was quite spacious (lots of room for 3 of us) and the staff were very helpful.   The Hotel was excellent. The lady was very friendly and breakfast was great basic English but our daughter spoke Czech which helped. Rooms clean and comfortable part way up a hill so probably not good for guests who have problem with steep banks unless you have car to go back and forwards. Nice swimming pool to cool down in - Location is perfect ... what people say » to reach the center of Krumlov on foot within 15min. And Landlady is so kind and informative to give sufficient information to guest and she welcomed us with hospitality so friendly and tried her best to make our family be comfortable. When I visit there again, I will book and stay there definitely.

  We stayed at this hotel in November during the "low" season. There were only 5 guests in the hotel and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. The front desk manager who met us is Nikola Sejnohova. Her customer service skills are some of the best ... what people say » I have ever seen!! She provided us excellent information for restaurants and sightseeing in Cesky Krumlov. Furthermore, she is sweet and greeted us - The room we stayed was in a luxary room. It is clean with very nice environment, which is particularly good for we as young couples to stay. :) We would like to recommend the dinner in the hotel as well, as both the environment and the food quality are excellent for having a romantic dinner. The staff in Hotel Bellevue is very nice with good hospitality.
