We enjoyed very much staying at this motel! The bungalow was clean&spacious, there was plenty of room for parking (we parked right in front of our bungalow), there is greenery around (big park close by and bike route). It's just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the city center, also at night quite safe even if it's by the forest. Also the breakfast was very nice, we enjoyed it on the terrace as it was sunny. The staff speaks mostly German but we found someone with good English, and they were.

We were very surprised that the bungalows were cleaned on a daily basis and all staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was great and the wifi in the reception and restaurant was appreciated. It is good to use Dlouha Louka as a base to discover Southern Bohemia as there isn't much to do in Ceske Budjovice. service, friendly, basic but very well renovated room, value for money, parking in front of your room, secured location, breakfast, instant work on improvement of the overall location, facility in the city but outside at the same time, all one needs on the road (ideal to combine business and leisure after work). Perfect location, near the main road but quiet. Bungalow for 3 people was quite basic in furniture but very clean. Good dishes in the restaurant with very low prices (at least for Italian standards). Staff at the restaurant spoke a bit of English, or German only. Excelent value for money. Great staff, good furniture and very clean rooms, each room has a small fridge and a kettle with 2 cups, check in and check out are easy and - I guess, are around the clock. Most importantly, the double bed is a PROPER double bed, not 2 beds/matrasses put together. Great location for being in a larger town and still able to do bicycling trips out of town and to many of the sights around the town. Be aware that it's 20 minutes walk from the center, 30 minutes from the train station. There are buses but they don't run frequently. A few of the bathroom fixtures and fittings had seen better days - our shower was a bit wobbly, but I think the bungalows are gradually being refurbished and there are some lovely eco-friendly looking new wood and glass constructions currently being errected in the grounds. no internet in the room (WiFi nor LAN), restaurant closing early. All was OK. a towel dryer could be useful in the bathroom. No WiFi signal in the room. Bungalov need some renovation. Windows, doors. wi-fi works only on reception and in the restaurant. Everything was over my aspectations. WiFi availaible only in particular areas (receprion and restaurant). Coffee from the maschine in the breakfast room is that bad that I couldn't drink it - probably first time happend to me. Restaurant closing early, no pool as advertised. bungalows need to be renewed.
