Located in the heart of the splendid Old Town of Zadar, 50 metres from the main square, Zara City Apartments are 100 metres from the beach. The famous Sea Organ, Riva Promenade and several bars and restaurants are within a walking distance.
All units are fitted with air-conditioned accommodation with a TV and offer international channels, a fridge and mainly wooden furniture. The private bathroom comes with bath or shower. All units have free Wi-Fi.
Zara City Apartments has a reception desk with a luggage storage. Guests can store their luggage for free.
The pebbly Kolovare Beach is 500 metres away. Front desk can organise bus excursions to Plitvice Lakes and Krka national parks, as well as boat trips to Kornati and Dugi Otok islands, at an extra charge.

Amazing apartment with kitchen and big tv. Clean and comfortable. The value for money is great as well. It is situated in the very centre of Zadar which puts you close to everything. The staff was great too. There is downstairs a very lively bar where you can go to have a late beer or across the street for fish and chips. Swell indeed.
Centrally located in the old town of Zadar, it's a short walk from
the old city bus stop. It is comfortable and clean. The guy at the
reception is helpful enough. Though I have mentioned a no. Of things in

The room was very spacious, bright and clean. Location in the middle of the town and easy access to bars/restaruants and shops. Staff friendly enough and also a taxi arranged to the airport was very handy.
Great location, right in the middle of the old town! Very nice, modern,
clean and comfortable apartment. The owner also runs a travel agency so
it's possible to book various tours there.
Kreso (? .. not sure of the pronunciation) and his Assistant, Therese, were really helpful and kind. I will certainly stay here when am next visiting

Loved this small historic city and the apartments were in a very good location I would definitely go back to Zadar and would stay in these apartments again.
Kresimir, the owner, was very helpful and accomodating. The room was spotless with handy kitchenette. The location was perfect for the old town.
Location and fact that accomodation has information office that can
provide info, book taxi to airport, excursions etc.
People working there were really nice to us. The apartment was clean,
full equipment and directly in the city center.

Nothing! everything was just great.
The signs at the hotel entrance are not so prominent so,you might miss
the place. Also, you an hear noises from the street below but, it's
not that bad. Wi-fi in the room is a little problematic (you have to
stand outside the room for good connectivity). Kitchen is lacking of
cooking utensils.
Noise levels late at night very loud as it is located beside a bar.
Noisy! (But it's a drawback, that comes with a great locations
by one the main streets in the old town). Also no parking space
nearby. It's possible to park by the street ca. 300M away
(charge) or the owner can show a large free parking ca. 10 minutes
away walking distance.
We paid 100 euros a night, excluding breakfast. Comparatively, for low
season, this is expensive. Also, we could hear everything from apartment
upstairs,and got 2 hours sleep night before our flight home due to noisy
guest on first floor. Walls too thin!.
Was a bit complicated to take a warm shower because, after 5 minutes it
was over and then just cold water.....but it was ok.
Not much parking space available near by.
Not really possible to use to kitchen facilities: no hot water to wash dishes. No adequate pots.
That doesn't matter if you're only there for a couple of days.
We stayed for 5 days - linen/ towels not changed.
Bed was too soft. No hair dryer.

Would prefer a coffee making machine to instant coffee drinks. Would also prefer NOT to pay cash.

The apartments in the pictures are not the real deal. We got an old,
modest apartment, nothing compared to the pictures. If you want to go on
an excursion do not buy "the tickets" on the hotel because
it's much more expensive. Due to its very central location there is
loads of noise in the room, but, all in all, it's a good trade-off.
We thought it is a bit overpriced for what it is.
Value for money is not justified. It is basically the location that counts. Apart from that, the apartment is neither decorated charming nor fully stuffed with things that are useful for a beach holiday e.g. a laundry rack to dry beach wear.
Some street noise (nightlife). Incomplete furnished.
