all reviews » I really liked the interior of the studio we lived in. We had our own balcony, kitchen, bathroom, double bed. It was amazing experience, because the staff was always friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Its a perfect place for people who wants to get a cheap, but high class accommodation in Zadar. Even if Villa is not in the center, its only 40 minutes walk to the Old part of the town, and 10 mins to sea. Its a perfect place for people, who likes active or passive holidays. I especial. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, 20 minutes away from a private sandy beach and from the pebbly beach. It has a kitchen with an electric stove and utensils for cooking. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Also, there is a great restaurant nearby. The city center is rather far away, but there is a bus station nearby the apartment. Unbelievable, the big apartment with 4 bedrooms is absolutely lovely! You have, beside the bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, seven balconies! From all of the balconies you have a beautiful view to the ocean. The whole family and team is very helpful and the house looks brand-new renovated. I can recommend it!. The staff (Mr. Ivan) is very friendly and helpful. The room was big, included a full equiped kitchen and the house had a lot of facilities (pool, table football, gym...). There is a big supermarket very close (5 min walking) and a bakery. We would definitively reccommend Villa Maslina. The owner, Mr. Ivan is excellent. Very informative and happy to help with any questions or queries. Prior to arriving he was able to help me with transport, organising a taxi from the airport. The Villa itself was absolutely lovely. My apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Staff was very nice and very helpfull. They take care of everything very professionally. The walking distance to the old city is far but with a car its no problem. Friendly host, large and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen so no problems to prepare food, near good coffee-bar. Old town is around 40 min on foot. Private parking. On 0 floor there is a billiard table to play for free. Stayed in 4 bedroom apartment very spacious with everything you need. We came with a baby andtgey had set up cot and high chair. Ivan was excellent great customer service. The place was clean, well decorating, well equiped (a big kitchen, a dining room and a separate bedroom and a parking) and really big ! We recommand it for sure;. well furnished budget apartments, about 500 mt to the beach and 2 km to the old town and nova riva. The pizzeria nearby is really a good place for a dinner. Free extras: billiard, explanation of the city, map of the city, possibility of breakfast, kitchen in the room. The host was very nice !. The staff were fantastic super friendly and very willing to help. The rooms were modern, large and well maintained. It´s not in the heart of the city, but it you have a car, it´s great. The only thing: you need about 30-40 minutes walking to the city-center. About 10 minutes by car, which leads to: either you take the bus all the time (or a taxi) or someone must drive. We (4 people) stayed always at home at night, having food and drinks on our own which was also okay (actually it was excellent with the view and everything), but sometimes you want to go out without the need of a driver. Thats all. It is a bit far from the city center. It would have been great if the apartment was closer to the Old Town. However in saying that the owner was able to organise a cheap taxi service to the Old Town costing 20 Kuna - roughly $4. The towels are small, they use face towels to the shower (but that is a problem everywhere in Croatia). Quite far old town, not so easy to find the location. Bit further from beach than expected probably 20 minutes. No lift on high floor))) distance to the beach. Only a little far away, need a car. A small microwave in the kitchen would really help. The road was a bit noisy and so was the fridge in the room, but nothing really upsetting.
