The penthouse apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities we
needed and more. We loved the set up and it was very comfortable. We
were sad that our stay in Zadar was only one night because it was the
best place we stayed in Croatia.

The location and the staff were the best. They were in constant contact with us prior to arrival and they made us feel comfortable before we even got there.

The location was excellent - easy to find and right in the old town,
close to Romun Forum and Sea Organ as described. Owner was very helpful
in terms of dropping off keys etc.
The location was great. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Nice modern apartment. The main bathroom was very large and roomy.

The heater didn't really work, it got pretty cold at night.
Shower tray is small. Kitchen window would not close properly.

We asked for a double bed and got a twin - which wasn't very
comfy at all.
The cleaning staff did not do a thorough job. The kitchen was not satisfactorily clean for us. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, empty bottles/trash under the sink and a dirty ashtray on the windowsill. The second bedroom was just an office with a very hard bed.
