I was so glad that I chose to stay in Trogir over Split. It was such a beautiful and peaceful town, and the Belas just made it even more charming. The house located in the Ciovo island which takes 5min nice walk to the bridge connecting with the unesco old town, a few grocery stores and bars nearby. The twin room I stayed was impeccably clean with comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. What impressed me the most was the big bathroom with nice hot strong shower! There was no unnecessary dec.
all reviews » We were picked up by Nenad Belas from the airport and welcomed to the apartments. We met all of the family who were only to happy to help us with any questions we had concerning our stay. Location was perfect for visiting Trogir and good access for all water based excursions. I felt like at home. Family Belas will provide you with exceptional hospitality in one of their beautiful apartments. Distance from the city center is small and the accommodation in apartments Belas is the best choice. Recommendations for everyone from 0-100 years. The Belas family is charming and helpful. We stayed in the large apt and it was fabulous. Could have stayed a month. Our visit was only three nites. Great access for catching the Bura Line boat to Split and back. Free pkg also included and wifi strong. All members of the Belas family were very friendly and made us feel more than welcome. The location of apartments Belas is perfect with a mere five minute walk to the beach and 12 minutes to Trogir centre. Also, a bakery and supermarkets nearby. Really lovely apartment run by a fantastic host. Nenad made us feel very welcome, even collecting us from the airport. The apartment is large, very well furnished and a nice walk down the waterfront to the town centre. Top quality holiday!. The family picked us up from airport, told us all the places to see and eat and were so, so helpful. They even did some washing for us, which was so kind. A pleasant 10 min walk to bridge to Old Town, supermarkets and bakeries closely. The welcome was outstanding. Mr Belas went out of his way to sort out any problems - a mains water burst and while the water was off we were given drinking water and containers of water. The studio was clean and comfortable. Anna and Belas really informative and helpful. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Good location only 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from old town. Clean, comfy and convenient!. My only thought is that the beach closest to the apartments was not the cleanest. A short bus ride put that right very easily. The apt on Ciovo could have been a bit closer to the bridge. This comment comes with me having arthritic knees. My knees were fine when I made reservations 6 months earlier. For most people this would NOT have been an issue. The towels provided were all hand towels and well worn. If I was staying longer it would have been nice to have a microwave or small oven to do own food if didnt want to eat out. Nothing. Some additional facilities would be welcomed i.e. toaster, iron, bath towles only hand towels supplied. No wine glasses. Noisy children that lived nearby. Couldn't connect Notebook to wifi for some reason. The local beach water is dirty, but we took a 15 min taxi boat to another beach. We liked everything about the place and hosts... Everything OK. Little parking, but, anyway we could park our car there, so NO PROBLEM.
