  The friendly, professional reception staff we upgraded to room with small balcony, loved the flowers and sea breezes, privacy to sit, chat and paint. Room was spacious, bathroom too, well maintained.   Very good located, 5 min from the city center, quiet, kitchenette, very nice hostess, perfect organisation (i emailed with the hostess, we got good informations and a taxi for the transfer airport-apartment at a good price.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. He even gave us a cell phone that is assigned to the guests of the apartment. The apartment is very ... what people say » big and fully equipped, dining room, tv room, kitchen, and of course bedroom. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Ivo and Ive are amazing. They were gracious hosts opening their home to travelers world-wide. I stayed there on tow separate occasions and both times my expectations were greatly met. I will have to comment on their willingness to give travel and cultural information about the surrounding areas. Michael - The room had air-conditoning which was perfect after hot days. There was a tv with many channels in English. It was spacious and clean with a mini fridge and free wifi. The owner was helpful and friendly and the bathrooms were clean and great showers.

  Excellent everything. Small apartment was brand new-- only a few months old. Couldn't have been more comfortable. My room was located right on the main road around the corner from the harbor so location was great but street noise wasn't an issue. It even had a washing machine, but unfortunately I wasn't there long enough to use it. Nincevica street is a great location, only 5 min walk from town center and beach. Can access town through the city or there is a quiet little mediterran street behind the apartment which also leads to the center. Well equipped apartment and kitchen. Would stay there again.
