We had a great 2 night stay in July 2013. Sanyin the landlord, who lives upstairs from the apartment, provided great service from the time he picked us up at the bus station. He says he does not always provide pickups, but we were glad he did, even though our bus was a little later than expected. (10 euro cost for bus station pickup, ~35 euro cost for his transportation back to the airport on our departure day). He was so friendly, and even a little like a father to us (we were two young women .

The hosts provide a cheery welcome and want guests to enjoy their beloved Split - nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to ensure guests enjoy all the comforts (and appliances) of home, with even a few complimentary drinks in the fridge. It is only a few minutes walk to either the town centre/waterfront one way or the swimming b. Absolutely wonderful stay, we were on our honeymoon and were delighted to be greeted with a huge and delicious chocolate cake and bubbles in the room when we arrived. Immaculately clean apartment (and I'm fussy) with ample space and everything you might need for your stay. One street back from the marina and a short walk from the old town. The landlady and her daughter were very kind and made our stay perfect! Perfect location in a prominent neighborhood just few minutes away from the harbour and city center. However place is also close to best city beaches..Perfect fitout, size and comfort. Huge apartment with good location. The lady who owns it is really nice. Nice clean modern apartment in great location not far from the harbour. Water heater has a relatively small capacity - for two people showering, the hot water will run out after a few minutes if you forget to turn on the button for the water heater until shortly before the showers start! If you turn on the water heater early enough and take quick showers, this shouldn't be much of an issue. Nothing at all!. Nothing.
