Simply fantastic!!! You cannot find anything better in the center of Split, in particular if you have a car (has private garage) and/or you are with a group of friends. It is absolutely best situated as to the attractions (Diocletioneans Palace etc.) and convenient as to the port (trip to islans Hvar or Korcula) and 300m from an acceptable beach. It is very clean and spacious, so that at least 8 people can stay with adaquate privacy from one another (2-3 in one huge bedroom, 3-4 in the other hu. all reviews »
The apartment was huge! Three large bedrooms (two with TV). A bathroom and a half. All was well equipped and well furnished. The proximity to downtown and the port made for easy walking, and free on site parking is always a plus. The WiFi worked great the entire time. The owners are sweet and accommodating. However, they do not live on site so make sure you call or email for when you will be there. I would definitely recommend.

It was Cheap and close to the port. A Group of 10 of us got it for the weekend after Sail Croatia.. Also it would be good for before Sail Croatia If you were in a big group....
Spotlessly clean and very large apartment. Great facilities including flat screen Tvs, washing machine, stereo. Lovely host, who was very quick to reply to any email sent to her.

location is good, about 10 minutes walk from old town. clean and cosy place to stay in. Friendly owner. I could use washing machine.
If you are very sensitive or used to live in a quit enviroment or in the countryside, the street in front of the flat which produces noice could be a problem, but better use earplugs instead of paying more and gaving other deficiencies (although one has to assess this on its one).
The neighborhood was not the greatest. We felt very safe even at night, and it was in close proximity (easy walking) to downtown, the port, and great food. It was just not a very clean neighborhood. I would still highly recommend this apartment.
Situated on the main road down to the port, the road is very busy and noisy. This does however make it very easy to walk to the port, beach, old town etc.

The key of main entrance is tricky. It took us long time to get in, every time! Traffic noise through windows was unbearable, all night long.
