Marija the owner was very helpful and provided us with information for the plitvice lakes. Her directions for locating the house were also good. The location was excellent for visiting this national park. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We opted for the breakfast at extra cost and it was good value for money. Would recommend accommodation.

As previous guests reported, Marijana was great! She served us fresh squeezed cherry juice from her orchard. Cherries happen to be a favorite of ours.

Lovely spacious studio apartment for two adults and two children, it could sleep five. Great location about 12 km from Lakes so need a car. We were given a great map drawn by Kristina with restaurant and market locations. The apartment building is clean and tidy. Lovely outdoor area with activities for the children. A peaceful and relaxing place to stay which we would recommend to others.

We are very greatful to the owner of Ruhige Lage, because we arrived to Ruhige Lage 2:00 AM (we had problems with our cars), he was very friendly and didn't ask about any additional payment. The owners are lovely - very friendly (but thankfully not in an overwhelming way). The rooms are very good value. Very clean, efficiently set out and it's really helpful to have a fridge available. There's a shop, decent pizza restaurant and currency-exchange hotel within a short walk. We will stay here again on our way to Bosnia. -
