  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  The design of the apartments is very good. Reading other people's reviews, some didn't like the clear glass bathroom doors and window, but we didn't find this to be an issue. Pool was nice and so was breakfast.   The hotel was new, well designed, peaceful and never felt too busy eventhough the rooms were all booked. Wonderful views across the clear seaeven from the bathroomwindow!.   This is a beautiful apartment; the light colour scheme and exposed stone walls make for a very understated elegance. It is in a fantastic location in the Old Town and was very quiet at night - noise was no issue. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent information about Dubrovnik, the apartment and Croatia in general.   We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

  Truly a faultless hotel.. We stayed one night at the Boutique Adriatic whilst travelling the Croatian coast & islands, and due to an early morning bus, it was far too short a stay. The location is fabulous, right by the sea on quiet road. Very romantic location with lots of character. We loved the stones walls and the staff very helpful with any question and friendly. We think this place has a unique touch for a hotel, as we usually prefer bed and breakfast accomodation for the authenticity.

Went to a recital in the Rectors Palace which was fantastic. Very exciting as they were filming Game of Thrones...
