  The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7.   Our stay at Riva Suites was wonderful - right on the Riva but with the double glazing, you would never have known! The suite was beautifully appointed and immaculate, the air conditioning perfect. So easy to walk out the door and choose a bar or restaurant or just wander - Riva Suites were perfect. In the hub of all Split has to offer, as well as being a few minutes walk to ferry and bus terminals. The terrace overlooking the harbour was fabulous.
