  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Waking u... what people say » p at Villa Luppo is a real treat. The apartment is spacious and very clean and you can tell that Katja and Ivo take pride in their work. They are so n - We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment.   The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. The room was marvelous: very clean, stuffed with everything we needed, two balconies, a good bed. The little one l... what people say » iked the apartment very much, too. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!
