The hotel was very clean, owner - friendly, informative. As the season time was low, we were the only guests in the whole house, the kitchen is fully equiped, very big balcony-terrasa with the view to the sea and Rijeka coast, that is magic in the night time. The hotel is located high in the hill. Downstairs is 12 km promenade by the sea that connects Opatija, Icici and Lowran with cozy oldtown. We strongly recomend to visit this hotel.
all reviews » The family were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and there is a kitchen in the hall to use. Lovely garden with party lights to sit and wat ch the sunset. House is high on a cliff so there is lovely views. Can walk down steps to the beach. You would need a car to get up to the house which was fine for us. Easy driving in Croatia with hire car, great freeway. The Villa is a good place to stay in Icici The room was very clean, a bit little for the four of us, but nice. The Villa is situated on a uphill, you have a great view of the sea. The beach is wonderfull, it is on a beton platform There are a few restaurants, but they are good. Comfortable, spacious, value for money. Generous space, especially the bathroom. The shared kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge. Using the outdoor garden was great, especially in the evenings - great views to the sea. Nice staff, the owner waited for us till 1230am. shared kitchen and big room. No airconditioning, but when we there (hot and humid - Mid June), the evening breeze made conditions quite comfortable. localization,a little bit high(not recommend to the elderly) but that is why the view on the bay is better. nothing. There wasn't air conditioning in the room. The apartment will probably be rather inconvenient for those without a car, as you have to ascend roughly 100m from the beach to reach it. We had a car though, so it was fine!. Nothing. No AC and no mosquito net - it was impossible to sleep with open window. Bad internet connection.
