This apartment in Dubrovnik was wonderful! Modern and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view over the old town. You can watch amazing sunsets sitting on your balcony. The apartment is also extremely clean and the owner is very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay here! Some reviews complain about the stairs. First, there are not that many stairs by Dubrovnik standards. Second, going up some stairs is the price you have to pay basically anywhere you stay in DVK in order to have an outst.

We liked EVERYTHING: location and beautiful view of the sea and old town from the balcony, comfort of the apartment, reasonably good bed, good preasure of warm water, hospitality of the owner. Extra very thankful to her for helping me get my special glasses back, when I forgot them in the studio and was already far from Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot, Goldi. Goldi was fantastic and has excellent recommendations for things to do in the city. Definitely recommended if you're on a budget. Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town. We stayed in the Yellow room, it's not a 3 star place, it's more like a 2 star (that room anyway, the other ones seem better judging by the pictures). Wifi was not very good. TV remote did not work Bathroom is not IN the room, you have to come out of your room to a dark hallway to access it, smelled TERRIBLY of mold. Bed blanket looked like it had not been washed in a while. My husband and I called the room our "bunker"...we did not enjoy it at all. Our room and bathroom have not been cleaned once in a week. The room was way too small, it is okay for max. two days, but not for a longer stay. Entrance and stairwell leading to the apartment very dirty& unkept.First impression caused anxiety about overall lack of secruity.
