1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation. Very good value for money, very comfortable room, very good breakfast and in the absolute centre of the old town. The Staff were most helpful. We were able to check in early and we were able to leave our suitcases in storage until an evening ferry.

The staff was very kind and helpful. No elevator, the bathroom layout was poor and there were works being carried out adjacent the hotel early one morning. There was nothing I didn't like. Some noise from the wine bar in the street below, this didn't however bother me. N/a. Breakfast was only average. Bathroom smelling of mould, probably because shower flooded the floor. breakfast served out of premises. The bathroom was tiny, you had to come out of the bathroom just to dry yourself. The sink taps were insecure and the plug kept breaking. The shower also leaked onto the floor. Not the hotel's fault but the noise outside in the alleyways was very loud as it echoed at 2am and again at 6 am. no elevator we got the last floor fifth floor with cilling touch the head. you for your headhave to be carefull. Huge problem with the bathroom. The hotel has a very horrid smell throughout, some rooms worse than others, it smells like urine and mold. I don't want to go into more disgusting details to describe the situation of the toilet bowl each time I found it after some hours out of the room. The hotel has no lift, so you have to carry your suitcase up all the stairs. The rooms on the 4th floor are the worst. I also found some problems with the plugs which is also dangerous.
