Hotel is really comfortable and clean. Staff speak some English, but if you speak at least a bit of Russian or Ukrainian, it makes things easier and everybody value if you try speak their language. Its a bit hard to find this place, but it definitely worth it once you get oriented the location is great. You have free (and private) pool and steam for 30 minutes per day. If we said we cant eat any more eggs for breakfast (after a week and something in Ukraine, where eggs and omeletts are usually .

Walls are far from soundproof so you will probably hear all details of life in the room next to yours including intimate ones, and they will probably hear yours - but simply taking ear plugs with you can make your stay perfect. Extremely hrad to find, and one major failing: no bar. There is a good supermarket up the hill and to the left and you buy your own drinks there, and the hotel provides ice etc, which does make it cheaper, I suppose ... Nothing. the pool was only available from 9 to 12 am, WiFi connection was bad, coffee for breakfast was paid. - too noisy at nights (becase the stuff or guests talk loudly after midnight in the yard). - the furniture wasn't clean. Breakfast was included, but coffee was extra? And you ate what they served or you didn't eat and you didn't know what was being served til you got to breakfast that day. It was all tasty, but it might be a negative for some people. Soviet-style breakfast (Eggs, dried-up vegetables etc). The breakfest was fairly poor. You had no choice in the matter, they just served what they prepared. Usually some morning pie. And also the staff in the hotel restaurant was impolite. The location wasnt so goo either. Had to pay extra for coffee at breakfast and pay to use the hotel swimming pool. Bar fridge didn't work. Dificult to find, the same as all the hotels in ukrania. Breakfast. It took us nearly one hour to find the street in which the hotel is situated. Some extra signing would be nice!. On 4 th floor but no lift. Breakfast pancakes everyday very boring! No other meals available Laundry very expensive. Bad wifi. Very poor noise prevention, it feels as if your neigbour is sitting right in your room.
