Staff were super helpful and kind. We even got a free welcome drink. Breakfast was excellent. The place was beautiful and really had the colonial feel to it. Note that if you're a foreigner, you don't have to pay the 16% tax in Colombia, which was a very pleasant surprise when we checked in. I would definitely recommend the place. This is a hotel with enormous character located only one block from the main square. The natural character of the hotel itself is enhanced by a fascinating collection of artworks and sculptures throughout all the public spaces. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. A delight to stay here.
