Please note: This is a whole house rent listing. Prices start from a base rate up to 8 people and increases as the group becomes larger up to a maximum of 15 people. Entering the exact number of people will quote the total price for your stay. It´s an oceanfront house on the reef side of the island with a sea deck and more than 7000 ft^2 of construction, 4 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 15 guests. The cooking and cleaning staff are included in the rate. Breakfast is included but groceries for lunch and dinner are not. The property will provide a list of recommended groceries stores and ATV - golf cart rental´s in the island. A security deposit of COP 1200000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
