The staff was "outstanding",,,,. From the front desk people to the waiters and bellmen, to the maid staff. &Quot;EVERY" single person that I hadcontact with treated me like family! I have a lovely Colombian woman that I am going to marry. I plan to go back to Colombia in September and hopefully we will be married. I will definitely stay there again when I come back. I may even plan a small reception there.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Felt safe at all hours of the day. I would stay with them again anytime. Good location - safe area, very close to the metro, restaurants, bars. Nice personnel. You can use free Turkish sauna. Very good value for these money. Everything was good at the hotel the room was clean and nice. Clean, Stuff. water in lobby, and fish aquarium. the price was for you. A clean hotel. Good beds. Safe underground parking. Well working wifi in rooms. US CNN on TV. This is not any fault of the hotel but rather the city. The city was very noisy at night until the early morning hours. Some nights it was difficult to fall asleep. Again...., It is the city, and this is to be expected. WiFi not in rooms only in lobby. Probably could use so more sound control from outside but I live in the city back home so didn't effect me. Maybe some English menus in the restaurant. But none of these would stop me staying again. We booked Junior suite and that roon was not big, so probably standard rooms are very small. For me it was ok but for somebody probably it would not be enough light in the room at night because of weird lamps. laundry service expensive, highly recommend you go to laundry 5 blocks away. Close by was a busy noisy street. the rooms size is ok for 1 person, a bit small for 2 people only served breakfast with eggs and sweet toasts - after two weeks in Colombia I was not able to eat eggs every day. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel and would recommend this place above other to friends that come to Medellin. unimaginative and restricted breakfast. stopped eating much after teh third day. the AC didn't work well. housekeeping did not leave soap after first night, and front desk does not have toiletries to substitute after hours of housekeeping. Front desk did not honor wake up call, and front desk did not get back with me on an early box fruit breakfast that i requested the day before for an earlier event that was scheduled before normal breakfast hours. i I personally requested a respone, and they ignored both my request for soap, wake up call and a small breakfast sustitute. the rooms are small. No wifi at all in rooms. Bad pillows. Unacceptable bad lightning in the rooms -very dark. You can't read. Shower head was broken, window glass was broken so rain and wind was coming in. A bit noisy. Doors and walls are certainly not sound proof. Breakfast small and not fantastic. Hotel is overpriced for what it offers.
