The staff - from reception to breakfast to taxi drivers - were all very attentive and friendly and welcoming, all giving the "personal touch" which I appreciated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a nice option to have eggs, pancakes and waffles cooked freshly. Hard to fault, great in every area. Good location, service, breakfast and facilities. Good neighbourhood as well.

The staff was extremelly helpfull, the location is great , and the rooms very large and well appointed. The receptionist tried to charge me two times more than my booking rates. She argued she was right! Finally we cleared she lied of saying she thought there were two people thats why she was going to charge! That was totally wrong an attemp to cover her lies again. Because booking. Com gave me an option of 2 staying for the same rate. They charged a bottle of water for almost 10 colombian pesos!!!. No complaints at all !. When I checked in they demanded my full payment for the 6 nights I had booked, I book through Bookings because you normally do not have to prepay for hotels, but in this case it was very rude of the staff to ask for my full payment the day I checked in. Employees n extra charges definitely a high profit driven hotel.
