Airport bus free of charge, prompt and efficient. Location very close to airport. Cheap rates. I always stay at the Shanghai Airlines Travel Hotel as it is always excellent. Great experience. I am returning November 17th and would like to stay again. Near to Pudong airport and with free shuttle bus service, very convenient. The location, price and the free airport transit was great.

I didn't like the paint sheets covering carpet in Hallway. I didn't like the alarm clock I couldn't set. I really didn't care for the Breakfast I paid 38rmb for and the Desk Staff need training in Customer Service!. A little far from the airport. Hotel is old, not comfortable, not clean, must be repair soon. The room I got was not cleaned properly, there were hairs and weird staines on the rug. There were three lamps in the room, but only one of them worked. Staff cannot speak English. No service in breakfast room. Bad food for a western guest in breakfast room. Not a single smile anywhere among staff. Dirty carpets in room. Bad cleaning (did not dish the teacups). Screeming cleaning staff in corridor early morning. Very noisy due to bad building material. 1) The food at restourant was bad, ground floor (western food) 2) The internet WIFI was not so good. 3) Calling the reception or guest service for the poor internet connection but no one pick-up the call. When down to address the issue but full of people want to check in. 4) The hotel poorly equiped with sufficent staff. 5) Shuttel bus is poorly maintained, the aircon is leaking water in few number of seats. Poor facilities. The bathrooms and bed were dirty. Not very comfortable. the deposit in spite of your promise that their was none necessary. There is smell in the room. The fact that we booked on line through bookings.com received confirmation and neither hotel or you knew we had booked. We arrived late at night after a long flight and had no reservation, staff were friendly but with language barrier it was difficult as we just needed to sleep, hotel is in need of renovation. nothing. all things was bad starting from the staff, room and one way the shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel only. While one gets off the shuttle bus the door stuff keep talking and do not even look at the customer. The cloths of the reception stuff needed laundry!.
