Room was good. Location was excellent, close to bars, shops and many restaurants. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant on site. Sport facilities were also good with nice gym, pool and even badminton court and 2 snooker tables. Ramada Gateway is a standard hotel in the Puxi District of Shanghai. It's very convenient to the subway and there is a nice mall in the station. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and quiet and a great deal.

My family and I were very happy stayed in the hotel and we will book again in the future. facilities in room and have a recreation centre. Location is very good so many shopping near. No. Wi Fi doesn't cover well enough. the corridors not clean. Overall is ok. Check out speed is very slow. Hotel tried to take double the price of the room as a deposit at check in. I booked exec suit but they tried to palm me off with a lower floored twin room. I got what i wanted in the end... Carpet in the room seemed a little dirty. - In the middle of nowhere - Challenging to take a taxi from 7:45am to 09:30am (find alternatives, if you can). The double bed for two people is a bit small. At 4am, someone started playing music outside the hotel REALLY LOUD and it went on for at least 20 minutes. I coulnd't get back to sleep and it ruined my day (and then some). The hotel security people should have dealt with this immediately. Very bad. Very bad. Taxi drivers can not find easly the hotel even I gave them the card of the hotel which has plan of the area. Whole of the people working in this hotel were too much grumpy!!! First time I saw that much at the same time. A modest level of cleanliness ,Most of the facilites does not working even the wired internet, The swimming pool is very old with cold water. Ask for a room with one big bed but not available at checking in. Its very bad and derty there many rocher.
