Wonderful service by the sta.ff. The do have some English but it is a pity they do not give their staff the opportunity to study it and perfect it. The staff are so eager to learn. I could not find a problem with this hotel. Traveled with my mum during national holiday, as she wants to enjoy a piece of green. Not too crowded like other spots. Friendly & thoughtful staff. Good value for money. OK location, 3 stops aways from Xujiahui.
