The hotel is nice, quite on the pricey side for the local standards. Great room comfort and facilities. Several restaurant hosted at hotel. Location excellent, 5 minutes from the water games of West Lake and close to subway station and to shopping centers. Stayed for two nights. Very close to west lake. Metro just left outside of the hotel. Concierge happy to get taxi for airport.
