Clean,cozy large room,friendly service people always want to help you, good location - rich people distric, many small cafe with chinese fast food and mini markets, subway is very close, 5 station to Pazhou by subway with 2 line changes,maybe 5 - 7 minutes. Excellent personnel that tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was ready to help you, but visiting China the problem of language will be an obstacle. Near by market is an advantage.
all reviews » Proximity to Convention Center. Floor staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, quiet area,the bathroom is very nice. The most awful I have ever seen!Those small cafes are cheap and much tastier! From 5 days had only 1 time breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is surely not 5 stars, 3,5-4 stars. It's a bit difficult to find a taxi to take you into town, you have to walk to the main road. (7 minutes). The chafe do not want to cooperate, specially the guest with special requirement of food. Shower/tub layout is stupid, makes floor wet. Glass dividing the two areas will help. Carpet in room is old. Can do a better job cleaning moldy spots in bathroom. Wet floor underneath sink not cleaned up. Breakfast hours should start earlier 6:30 vs 7:30. Breakfast!! Was supposed to have a complete breakfast served at the restaurant, instead we had 2 muffins and a milk carton brought by the hotel staff in our room the night before. The restaurant was closed,nobody informed us or gave us another suggestion. Staff speaks bad foreign languages, including english - they don't understand almost nothing. A really big problem with calling or catch taxi. some dead and alive cockroach in the room. Breakfest is very bad. Bar is very bad. location,knowledge of English. Rats running across the ceiling. rads in numbers, very poor breakfast, doesnt corresponds to the 4 stars hotel - not more then 3. Pool is dirty and closed no gym no spa although it is claimed a five stars rating but it is far less photos and description on website is far away from poor reality I could have spent same money for far better I was disappointed and felt I was deceived. Everything! I am not one to complain, but everything about this hotel is bad!! Just to get a coffee in the morning I had to walk 10minutes to McDonalds because they had no coffee in the hotel!! Breakfast is discusting!!!!.
