Price Totally affordable. I paid 820rmb for 2 nights for the most basic room but its darn big and spacious. Facilities It has everything of a hotel and more. all reviews » Hotel is easy to find, I came with metro station Pazhou and just when u exit its big two buildings to the right. (Pwtc sign on top, and behind two big towers u can't miss). Reception is located on 8th floor, the big building to the west, just ask receptionist in the lobby to guide you inside the building. Staff is very friendly and speaks perfectly English.It is very near fair, and the quality of service is excelent value for money! Apartments are brand new with good WiFi and big screen tv. The. The hotel is good, but still there were some minuses: no kitchen appliances, even spoons or forks. If you plan to cook food here, bring your own dishes and pans. Location: of course, it is the closest hotel to expo for such a reasonable price, but ni place to eat or buy products. The closest place is Carrefour (25yuan for taxi). And stuff are weird: they don't receive your delivery or post when you are out. there was no kitchen utensils provied. Only cups for drinking and complimentary water bottle. They required deposits and early payment but they returned the deposit the during check out. The hotel is nothing to not like. No kitchen utensil, not even a spoon and fork. No cookware for microwave !!! The location looks remote and only recommended for trade fair purpose. Maybe they should have a Multi-Cuisine hotel and have option for breakfast. Apartment block was a little difficult to find at first - signage not obvious. Odd smell from the bathroom floor waste. Fully equipped kitchen but no eating or cooking utensils. Address is a little bit hard to find in the first arrival since no clear signs or logos for the apartment. Going to counter requires a change of elevators. Have to ask staff for help in activate the elevator by swiping their authorization card, which is a little bit complicated. Nothing around but fair and office buildings, you have to rent kitchen equipment at the reception because the room has nothing. Almost impossible to find. Certainly not signposted or indeed any sign outside the building whatsoever!!!! No restaurant, no food. Just pot noodle in the mini bar with cooking instructions in Chinese. No local shops to top up fridge. It was suggested I eat at the Westin or Mandarin hotels 1/2 a mile and 1 mile away. Location too far from downtown. Have to take Metro at least 30 minutes and a number of changes. Unfortunately a typhoon came when I was there and there was nothing to do inside the hotel (no bar, no restaurant, gym or pool) so if you just go to work is fine but if you have free time wont be the best option. You need a car. No fun, no fine dining around the place at all. Some dishes and spoons in the room would be nice. there was a tranlucent glass sheet between the bathroom and the room which made everything visable in the batroom!!. The venue is perfect for attending trade shows (right in the centre) however was a little far out of town to enjoy the other offerings of Guongzhou without out a twenty thirty minute taxi ride or equal metro rail ride. Lack of local facilities for eating. Lift which only let's you get off at own floor. Reception on 8th floor and couldn't get there without going down to ground and getting staff to allow you to go to floor 8. Beautiful kitchen but no cutlery or plates etc... Nothing, all good. We were four and took family room. But there is only one bathroom with out locker and not sound proof. When we boob... its uncofortable. the noise barriers should be inproved. nothing. Take like 30-45 mins to city center Two days After using the bathroom there is bad Oder from it. No restaurants in the area. faraway to city centre, no reataurant in place or near to place. Kitchen without supplies. Reception on 8th floor. Pay parking. Isolated location, nothing around the hotel. Need a rent car. The staff had problems accepting the payment by credit cards. Not like how they wound price for the accommodation, specifically one price, as a result, in 2 times more. Not asked for clean - 162 yuan for cleaning, removed in fact, one time, they took for the two cleaning. They wound bar illegally is not used. Some silly mistakes like elevator sign upwards meens going down , red color on the tap water opens cold water & blue opens hot water , so you might get shocked from sudden hot water . No clear signage Lacking restaurant facilities Bad smell in the toilet probably due to poor plumbing. Strange limitations of the room entrance card (no possibility to visit the reception without asing for help in the hall), difficult to find the address. Had to rent cutlery at RMB 30 per day, difficult location to find even for local taxi drivers. Location is a little away. different level and lifts to take for reception was very irritating . slow services and poor English. No restaurants on the premises or nearby for dinner. Reception location, It is separate from the Hotel reception.You have to ask Security to authorize the elevator to take you to 8th floor where the apartments reception is, very inconvenient if your room is not on the 8th floor as mine was. Lack of information, lack of English. ID and money forgot in the room and no collaboration with staff of hotel to delivery those in italy... Nobody speaks English and no guide to shopping malls and market. No African restaurant. It's terrible and I still have 4 days to go. I will appreciate if I can get one African restaurant. Diffcult to locate as the local taxi driver also dont know the way to the apartment.
