amazing hotel with great staff and swimming pool , great location near of MTR ,starbucks and macdonalds . huge looby we booked bussnise room was big and clean. I like that the staff understands english, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom facilities are good and the television channel HBO is available. the hotel is very clean and the location is the best for shopping it is near all type of shops.

Internet service is slow and not stable More stable internet cost about $30 a day, this is crazy, very crazy Expensive. furniture in room is old and the whole hotel needs in renovation in generally,especially rooms. Tha AC was not cooling well . Poor english of staff . I booked a double room on letsbookhotel.com, but the hotel told there was no double but only twin for the rate I booked. I ended up paid two hundred dollars more to have a double room. I booked 2 months in advance through letsbookhotel.com and my booking was confirmed,when I checked in they told me the hotel is full boooked and they will transfer me to another hotel i refused and asked them to make a plan cause my booking was confirmed. It took them 2 hours to eventually check us in no one kept us up to date. Staff very unprofessional for a so called 5 star hotel will never go there again. the staff not speaking English the room not clean and there is some insect.
