The atmosphere, the food and the courteous staff. It was an experience to see the wild animals, such as the white tigers and pink flamingos, from the hotel room and the White Tiger restaurant. Free bus rides to theme parks. it only takes 2minute walk to the circus venue and 5minute walk to water park. Very accessible by train. Walking distance to the various parks within the resort. Friendly and courteous staffs. Good food in Butterfly valley restaurant.
all reviews » On entry the decor was spectacular. The sculpture around reception was awesome. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Well made hotel, friendly staff at reception, rooms were nicely done (Hunter Builder, Block 5) in the new building. The place is incredible, very big, a big room, much comfort and very safety...i liked a lot the nature... Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. Dining options was diverse. Everything you need under one roof. Bunk beds for my children was the best! It looked good and it gave them a lot of fun!. mini zoo was a surprise for me. Hospatility & warmth. Good for family retreat. -i had to cancel 5 days from my stay and the hotel did it smoothly after coordinating with letsbookhotel.com. There are white tigers which you can watch as you have lunch in one of the restaurants. The circus... The weather - was raining and foggy during our stay!. Outdoor swimming pool was closed. There was 4 counters at reception and only one open while crowds were waiting to be attended to. There were other staff in the reception who could have helped but didn't. There was no milk available in the room for coffee or tea and we were told they dont do milk. Had to ring down for sugar and a spoon. There was no mini bar as promised in the literature. Limited options for vegetarian people, away from the city so no access to local restaurants. The outdoor pool doesnt work 24 hours, buy should. The indoor pool shouldnt have to be paid... In what universe is a gym that closes at 7p.m. acceptable?. Not enough European ! American tv channels. In fact , it did not have a good selection!. Mosquitoes & slight problem with English language. Expensive food. I didnt like tgat they didnt releace my researved amount immediatly and they take 30 days for that also the deposite is mire then my reservation. Prices of food and drinks are a ripp-off. Isolation from the rest of the world. Lots of queing. Poor wifi. food a bit pricey at the bars,alcohol was way too expensive.. not value for money, when i checked in, i was being told that my room is a smoking room and it come with 2 single bed. I was told to top up RMB 300/night to a king size bed and a non-smoking room. The buffet was not worth the money as the spread is quite limited. The dinner at Chinese restaurant was also not value for money, the manager was only interested to recommend expensive dish and attitude was not good when we told her we want simple dishes. Staff was very inconsiderate - thinking of moving us to a hotel chain close by since the room that we booked was occupied. It was said to be an up-grade to a double bed room but we requested for a twin room. However, we were given a twin room but not the executive twin room but merely a standard twin room. We didn't want to make noise as we don't feel safe arguing with the locals. It's very busy, full of large tourist groups. Noisy and check in/out takes a long time. Too far away from city. Food was expensive and not tasty.
