Staff were unbelievably accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
Nothing was too much trouble, they ere willing to help in every way.
Make sure you ask where tourist can and cannot go in Valparaiso as some areas are not as safe as others.

Magnificent views over city & Harbour.
Nice view from the terrazza..
having breakfast outside with the view was what you paid for. Very nice for that part. Dinner was good. Location was fun. Close to great resterants.

The room we were allocated was very clean but very small and walls were paper thin. In the shower you could see the room upstairs which was a bit off putting.
Many dishes from the menu they didnt had.
Personal was really unfriendly.
Room was small and rather outdated. no closets small bathroom. no AC Very noise at night could hear restrant - bar people talking till 2pm then the noise for the people durmming in the street below when on till 4 pm! Hard to get much sleep.
The waitress for breakfast was very rude. Brought us lukewarm water for coffee, then when we asked her to heat it up, she refused. Also, the picture on letsbookhotel.com showed a balcony in the room, the n when checking in found that there was no balcony.
Staff hardly speaks English, old small rooms with fixtures coming off, water leak in the bathroom and the room got flooded with water overnight, basic breakfast, no view from the room, like a small dorm room! The worst 'Hotel' I have ever stayed so far!.
