  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Everything was organised well and we could check in properly the next day. The apartment is just beautiful and there is nothing missing in it! The - Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel.   We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away. There are also plenty of restaurants near by. The receptionist, Nellie, was amazing! She arranged all our tours and airport transfers. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. The staff is very helpful, no problem to arrange a taxi transpo... what people say » rtation to airport (early morning). - I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

  They have a great staff. The location is good and everything that I wanted to do was within walking distance. I'm an above the knee amputee so this was important to me. - Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient location, close to restaurants and within easy walking of centre of city. Quiet park over the road.
