The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. Very good location. Despite being a really good staff, they were trying to push us some tours packages to places that we could get through without difficulty by the subway, like the Concha & Toro winery. The pool area is quite different than the photos make it seem. Besides small and shallow, the pool is not heated, which makes it useless in a cold city like Santiago. The jacuzi, however, was very good.
