My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!!

Well-designed room with comfortable bed; gracious concierge who obtained reservations for dinner at our requested restaurant.

Parking was expensive and not very efficient.

The staff was amazing, the room small but perfect for my purposes, thebeds/comforter were luxurious and the location could not be better. Iappreciated the small but nice touches like having actual wine glassesin the room and the fact that we were able to check in early.

Courteous staff, good downtown location, nice workout facilities, indoor pool. Housekeeping throughout the property was excellent.

The twin beds in the twin bed room are a bit small for me.

Everything you can expect from a luxurous city hotel!Perfect!

For sure till the end of 2008 a lot of noice because constructionworksjust beside the hotel. You have to book a room at the right site ofthe hotel!

Room was a good size and very comfortable. In a good location, near to all the main tourist areas so we walked pretty much everywhere. I did like this hotel overall and would use it again.

We were not made aware of major construction next door when we booked. We booked very close to when we traveled so should have been informed. The hotel has put a letter of apology in your room, but by then its too late!! This is major building work which is going on, and will be going on for a long time still and people need to be aware so they can make an informed choice.

Location, Good Rooms, Good Lifts. Lived up to our expectations. Our son and his wife had stayed there and recommended it.

Food good but prices quite expensive. However lots of alternative, more reasonably priced, good restaurants in the area.

I liked how they had dark curtains to block out the light from Vancouver, and a good knowledge of the area

such a small parking lot. If I had taken my truck I would not have been able to fit in it.

Very central

As at Sept 08, there are major building works going on in the building next door- work starts at 7.30am during the week and is very noisy. There is a letter in the room from hotel management apologising for htis noise, but it would have been good to know about it beforehand.

the location gives good access to downtown business.

doormens quality lacks uniformity. some of them very cordial and cheerfu but some of them seems not familiar to Canadian style of lifel
