A very clean, comfortable and high quality accommodation. Quality linens and facilities, room spacious and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, served in the family area. Secluded and private accommodation well away from the rail track so very peaceful and quiet. Maps and local guides in the room were very useful. A very pleasant couple with whom it was easy to talk to by email and in person.
all reviews » Spotlessly clean and well kept. Breakfast is heart healthy (no meat) but plentiful and delicious. Would definitely stay again if in area. Only 20 min drive to Mt Robson, and Vailmont has some good restaurants. Fabulous hosts, healthy and tasty breakfast, comfortable and very quiet rooms. Best rest all week. Secluded and private surroundings a few blocks from town. Beautiful area. Kerstin and Herbert are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were extremely tasty with good,wholesome choices. It was our second stay and we hope to be back again soon. Lovely stay! Kirsten was a wonderful host. Highly recommended. Cleanliness and great food . Owners rude and dictatorial. We felt like naughty children commanded to remove our footwear before we had even brought our cases from the car.We always take our shoes off in anyone's home including our own and carry slippers at the top of our overnight case. Would not have had the courage to ask for breakfast other than the 8 am. Which was announced. Breakfast beautiful but hot dish served before we even had a sip of juice or the chance to have some cereal. Felt very uncomfortable th. comfortable bedroom with sofa. Having to share lounge and TV with other guests and no flexibility on breakfast time. I would hope that the cost does not increase. We would have liked a TV. Manner of owners. Linens which were not ironed. Curtain in bathroom fit for rubbish bin. had to wait for over 10 mins for door to be answered. hosts 'hovered' and made us feel uncomfortable. no in room tea/coffee making facilities had to ask to use fridge and hosts put the stuff in and out for you not everything as advertised on website.
