front counter staff very friendly and helpful spa facilities in beautiful garden, very warm pool, large hot tub and steam room atmosphere and history of hotel, old fashioned in room- fireplace, in large bathroom-double seater jetted tub, glassed in shower. It was a very pleasant stay. We loved the heated pool and hotub. The rooms were perfect for our needs: fireplace, kitchenettes, beautiful and comfortable. You should go!.

Great outdoor pool and Spa, well heated despite the snow and -20 degrees. Nice room with fireplace and jacuzzi. Well located, nicely decorated, kind staff. Great and large suite. Well-appointed. Large updated bathroom. Comfy robes. Fabulous outdoor heated pool and huge hot-tub. Close to shopping. Everything we stayed one night and loved It the outside needs work but when u get into your room it's really nice for the price :). The location, the staff, the restaurants, the spa in the room. The spa and pool (although I didn't get a chance to use them). the relaxation ...the rooms were quite confortable and clean and the locations is great good value for our money. The price was great, way more value than any hotel/resort at Mont. Tremblant and only a short distance away. The staff were very professional & helpful with our questions.We enjoyed the layout of room. Our stay at Relais St Denis was very relaxing and had lots of fun with the kids.... It was a very relaxing resort is a beautiful little village of St Sauvuaer. Year round pool with sauna and hot tub, good restaurant, good service. The comfort of the room, amenities, location, price. Friendly staff, location, comfort, hot tub / pool. Nice room and pool area. We liked the fireplace. We appreciate the effort of competing with restaurants on main street. Fireplace; Location; Nice washroom; Good radio and nice addition to have the music in washroom;. small things- front garden was in process of being weeded, paint was chipping around entrances, ice machine did not work, overall decor was dark ie lots of wood, older dark and worn hallway carpets etc. There were beer cans and cigarette butts littering the entrance to our section of the hotel when we arrived on Saturday afternoon and were still there on Sunday morning when we left. We had difficulty getting wifi in the room, had to go in the hall to connect. The murphy bed had to stay down which decreased the space in the room and was a little unsightly. There was a distinct musty smell in the room. No storage room for the skis. Strong cleaning product smell. No fire log provided for the 2nd night's stay. Slightly outdated furnishings. Loved everything !!. I would like it if it was easier to get movies and music in the rooms (like Galaxy music channels), or Pay per view movies. Also - the jets of the spa in our room didn't seem to work. nothing really..... There were no balconies. Unlicensed restaurant but could bring your own wine. No wifi in rm 221. Grounds and building could be better maintained. The hostess at the restaurant just seemed to be there in body she did not make you feel welcome. She seemed to spend more time sitting at the bar and going out for a smoke breaks. 2 times during our meal. Lots of people are smoking at the doors making the whole experience terrible; No possibility to buy wine on site; Still using keys for doors; Cold rooms (yes, it was -25 outside); Bed not really comfortable; Would love to have access to a restaurant for all 3 meals;.
