We arrived at the resort and were pleasantly surprized at the great relaxing surroundings and terrific and reasonable golf courses they had to offer. The staff were all more than accommodating and were a pleasure to be around. Definately great for the price We can"t wait to return. Great pool and hot tub. Should really show photos of these 2 features as we always decide on our stay by these features.
all reviews » what we liked was the service. we asked to change rooms to a lower floor because the stairs were a killer. there was no problem, very pleasant to help us out. sent a porter to pick up our luggage & carry it to our new room. Very nice resort close to Radium and short drive away from Invermere. Great view of the mountains and right on a beautiful golf course. Grounds were well kept and the hot breakfast was great! I will be going back there!. Staff was great we were upgraded at no charge very nice place to stay. Located in the middle of the golf course, if you don't mind a little walk to the rooms it is a great place to stay. Not a mobility friendly place. The staff were pleasant, the facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was good and the surroundings very country peaceful and quiet. I won't hesitate to recommend Radium Resort. Loved the scenery. Breakfast was great - and that it was included. Kids loved the pool and it was close to Invermere and the Hot Springs. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked everything about this place . Relaxing and very beautiful here ..I planned on staying for just one night but ended up liking it so much booked for another 2 nights ... The location, the view, was very nice and quiet. The staff accommodated us with a pet friendly room. The room was clean, everything worked, nice amenities, well priced. the location is excellent--quiet away from traffic noise very relaxing--free breakfast is A bonus---nice pool and hot tub--if you are A golfer this is heaven. All was good, specially the restaurants we also really enjoyed the relaxation around the small pool and the steam room all was very nice. We she'll one day return. Mountain and golf course views from each room. Radium Hot Springs a few miles away. Breakfast included each day. Very comfortable room and facilities. Very fun and friendly staff! Made it very nice and easy todeal with.. would have liked a little more flexibility on check in and out times though... The units are spacious with a lovely peaceful outlook. We have never been disappointed with our accommodation at the resort. Loved the setting in the golf course. Didn't actually golf at the resort, but enjoyed some of the other nearby courses. Lounge staff very friendly! Front desk staff professional, and golf staff courteous. Housekeeping staff were great also. It is a beautiful location. We didn't golf, but the course is lovely, and I enjoyed the pool. pretty much the whole experience, already planning another trip with a group of friends. A lovely spot, and very clean (note one exception). Balcony was very nice. The golf course was nice, Radium is a beautiful area. Great size balcony & a good sized bathroom. Hot breakfast included in price. the killer stairs. The hike to the room with the grandkids and luggage and then had to climb up to the third floor after that. If we go again I would definitely ask for a room on the first level. the room we were living in needed airing as there was A musty smell in it also there was no place to put your clothes like shirts or blouses A chest of drawers is needed. The only disappointing thing there was the main pool was closed for renovations, also the room we stayed in was not very clean hair left in the bath tub and bathroom floor. That was a big turn off. ..the fact we could not stay longer. No milk provided and only one teabag. This isn't really a fair complaint through as maybe I could have asked for more at the front desk. There isnt really anything i didnt like, really enjoyed the stay there. The long walk (all uphill) to our room. They have a lot of golf carts. Seems one could be used to get your luggage to and from your room. A Hillside climb to get to rooms. Even though you have a cart to initially get to you room, you have to be fairly functional health wise to go up and down stairs and hills. If you are disabled this is not the place to stay. The dead wasps in the room. Ice machine was far away and no pop machine. Price confirmed through letsbookhotel.com was not price offered at hotel upon arrival but was rectified once email confirmation was shown. No elevator, restaurant for dinner tasty, good value but slow service. I am on crutches and the resort is not disabled friendly and there is nothing on the internet to suggest that. The room was far from our cars. Thus we had to carry our luggage a long way. The food at the lounge was sub par. This is a drag when there is nothing else around. no complaints. Steep grade of some of the sidewalks. breakfast should be cooked better, the amount & variety were Ok. The sunday brunch on sunday for the coupon you get for booking through the hotel wasn't even worth the money, I've stayed there three times in four years and the brunch hasn't even changed. No one was checking if something was out, no milk, no eggs. You should check other hotels like Super 8 and see what your missing just a thought!. complimentery breakfast was same for 3 days and bad every day. the food presentation was horrible. Got the deal through letsbookhotel.com but it wasn't processed at check-in. Had to tell her about it, then she went in and fixed it. Nothing major. The room was a hike away, up hill and stairs (222) - maybe offer a cart to haul guests to their rooms. The rooms need some updating - resort is not a term I would use to describe the room space. There was a lot of walking and bathroom noise from the room above. The seats on the deck were very dusty. The curtains come over the air conditioner so have to leave one side open in order to have air circulate. We went out on the patio at the restaurant to have a drink one of the chefs was was there on the Pasta Nite and another lady came out and sat at a table . I've been in a few bars and have never heard the language that they were using It was all about sex and underage sex and other profanities .They were so loud that everyone in the area could hear them including some kids that were nearby..that's what I did not like. For 200 per nite, hiking my own luggage 400 yds seems excessive. Staff seemed disinterested, though competent. A/C was barely working. Shower was EXTREMELY slippery. Jetted tub was dirty. There were dirty towels laying on the floor of the bathroom when we got there. As well as the cleaning staff tried coming in at 8am while we were still sleeping, woke us up from rattling the door so much. After about 2 minutes of trying to get the door open (we had the locks done from the inside), they gave up and moved onto the next room. When I complained while checking out, the clerk said "that's strange". No apology, no nothing. I will be staying elsewhere the next time I'm in Radium. There should be some way to easily get your luggage direct from car to suite. No outside pool, no small shops on site, facilities of microwave would be beneficial.
