Excellent location. Nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast. Loved those cookies at check in after an awful icy drive!! Perfect to relax. Extremely nice to have Kelsey's right adjacent so we didn't have to go out into the ice storm :). My two sisters and I brought our elderly parents to Peterborough to visit their siblings, our Aunts and Uncles and had great service for great prices and a wonderful continental breakfast included. Fantastic stay!.
all reviews » The staff immediately changed our rooms when we first arrived. I have difficulty breathing with mustiness, animals, smoke etc. The young man followed up immediately to see if second room was better. The pool and whirlpool were nicely designed with natural light. The front entrance with the breakfast and cozy sitting areas was inviting. The cookies at the front desk were tasty. The bed was so comfy, and I just loved the staff, we asked for real wine glasses to the room and they was delivered right to our room. A very clean hotel to stay at. It was quiet, clean, friendly staffed, comfortable beds, awesome shower, great TV . The other occupants were well behaved and respected each other. Good breakfast is provided...this is great when travelling. My daughter has a dog...it is pet friendly...wonderful. comfotable,well appointed room friendly accomodating staff excellant value pleasant breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and halls were clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Very nice, and clean facilities. Available smoking room. Staff is friendly and good accomodation. The location and the price were the highlights. Also a basic breakfast could be had quickly.. not satisfying, not the most hygenic. i like free wi fi beds are comfortable tvs are big i like the pool and hot tub, never crowded like complimentary breakfast. Lobby area very welcoming and breakfast was great!. The price was ok. Staff member at breakfast was not the most courteous. Perhaps she was having a hard day. After all, there was an ice storm going on?.... Heating system loud and inefficient-- either cold or hot. Needs an upgrade. Bearable. The first room, the refrigerator was not clean when I opened it. We didn't realize pets would have been in room. No workout room. Daughter and son-in-law were travelling with us with an 8 month old. The hotel did not have cribs or playpens. It would be nice to have this for babies. nothing other than the Penguins lost. Breakfast menu - maybe a little more fibre, and a little less baked goods. This time staffe is out from the front desk, so took a long time for check in. nothing. it was very dated in the rooms. They had cables for the computers, that did not work. Wifii was not explained at the front desk before entering the room. The matresses were not comfortable and the room was hot. air conditioning doesn't work good would like to see bacon added to breakfast breakfast area needs to be organized better, people are lined up both ways, its confusing. Even though we were in none smoking area, the smell of smoke was very strong in our hall way and sometimes could be smelled in our rooms. Will not book a hotel that allows smoking in building. Bed comforters were stained as well. The air conditioner did not work and there were no fans available.
