It had quite a bit of room. It was nice having the different pools to relax in the evenings. It was nice having the fire but wished it could of went longer than one hour. Overall it was great experience and we would come again. The restaraunt food options were great. The pasta side with the burgers for lunch is a great idea for energy. The store was nice. The room was quite comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
all reviews » low price. fun drive up to the resort. They were very good about dealing with the mix-up with letsbookhotel.com. Had a great sleep. Budget friendly at the base of Panorama Ski Hill. Great ski-in/ski out on a budget. Location Lot of activities for kids Mountains Nature. location to ski hill, price, and amenities. great locations, free hot springs. swimming pool, convenience. everythink was great. Great location and an excellent atmosphere. The staff at check in and at the pools were great. We ate at T Bar and had a great time. Bathroom was clean. Location great of course. Pools/hot tub really great. The view and the dinner at the restaurant...very good. Lots of activities. mountain views. We wish there was a fridge in the room. Also getting ice was a pain each day. Plus it would have been nice to have someone to check to see if we needed anything each day. No wifi. When I arrived my reservation hadn't been sent by letsbookhotel.com. Also, letsbookhotel.com didn't let me know that I had to check in at a central place and I spent 35 minutes trying to find the lobby at Pine Inn before calling for help. Hot tub was not open on one of the nights which was disappointing after a day of skiing however there was an option to use the hot pools elsewhere in the village. No air condition You need to buy bottled water. it was good for the price, older but clean. no fridge, no free wifi, no hairdryer. did not have a fridge in the room. Doors to patio did not lock at all. The bathroom was not really clean on arrival. Lampshade broken. Carpet not clean. Bedspread not clean. Underneath/behind beds not clean. Not enough lamps in the room-dark. Sliding glass doors need attention. Bed bugs, the breakfast at the deli café was awful...everything was overcooked. The housekeeping was lazy, asked for something, "no, we don't have" but when we called the front desk, "yes, we do". no free wifi, no drinkable tap water, no fridge, noisy room (could hear everything in hall, doors banging, pictures vibrating on wall from room next door- complained to staff, said they couldn't do much about it. I was not able to sleep on Friday and Saturday night, as there were people partying loudly until 5am.
