Nice and tidy building with very clean entrance, lobby, breakfast area. The bedroom was beautiful as soon As I entered. It looked clean and I liked the lay out of the room (spacious) Also the décor is modern and very welcoming. Oh! the comfortable beds with a variety of pillows and an easy to operate and adjustable heat/AC control. It was a nice quiet building. I got a good night. all reviews » Beds or extremely comfortable, quite security level appreciated after 10:00pm or 11:00pm you have to come in reception door so staff is aware of coming and going maybe not convenient for some by I feel safe. Price or affordable for my budget. Close to Casino so no drinking and driving walking distance great!!! Just Love It. I go from one or two times a years and will keep on going. The most comfortable beds! Always have a great nights sleep. Beds have 3+ pillows each of soft to firm comfort offering the visitor their choice. Rooms are tidy, clean and the main floor rooms have their own exit making it easy to bring items from vehicle into the room. I often travel with a child and being able to backup to the room door is great. Like the design with a door to the outside and parking at the door, plus a door to the hotel interior. Carrying suitcases upstairs. one of the doors would not open with the door card and some of the staff should look after customers first and hang up on their friends on phone. nothing. No glasses in room. Staff were not knowledgeable on the city and how to move around (highways, etc.).Misleading on the honeymoon suite (we were on a weekend getaway as it was our 10th anniversary) very disappointed there was not a jetted/jacuzzi tub. Would have been nice for relaxation, our reason for booking the room. We called the hotel to confirm with the front desk staff (as we booked online). Paid for services we did not get, or were misinformed about from staff. would not recommend based on false information from staff.
