For a family with children it was great a small kitchen with all aminaties. Room were very clean staff was helpful and pool was clean and fun for the kids. The beds were pretty comfy, quiet hotel (next to the highway but surprisingly we didn't notice it). Room was clean- oddly laid out, but clean. Inexpensive, nice shower, free Wi-Fi (no password required), refrigerator in room, good-sized TV, comfortable bed, easy check-in and quiet.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Very clean fab bed wifi excellent comfortable chairs in room great value. Room was clean with rather dated decor but everything worked. spa area. nothing. Layout of bathroom (sink separated from shower and toilet), no desk space to use a laptop. Had to climb up on a chair to reach the AC. There was noting to complain about . Nothing. hard to find. Could not access hot tub and pool area. Staff did not speak and understand English well. Water in pool was cold. Clean but a bit worn. Hard to book in. No one in office. had to come back twice at later time to be able to book in. Office not properly staffed during normal hours. The bathroom did have a sink or fan. The sink was located in the kitchen. There was black mold around the window and around the toilet base. Bathroom set-up was odd. One night was enough. Motel is becoming dated. a bit noisy, from outside air conditioner & fridge, price ?. Pool was cold , hot tub was empty , and sauna was not working. should have to be little more cleaner. After booking my room through this service, they had no record of my reservation, and tried to upgrade me to a more expense room, fortunately I had a copy of my reservation with me, was not that impressed with this. Dated decor but to be expected. Coffee maker didn't work had kettle from brothers room faulty wire on there t v didn't work rooms could do with an update would have said to receptionist about kettle when checking out but when we came from there 8.15 reception wasn't open. the place is in bad need of upgrades. Office/lobby stinks looked like bed had used sheets on it and towells / sheets worn out. Tub faucet leaking a lot ! tv was not working I wont stay here again oooooooh...... -small old rooms which were -faulsly described -missed days of room service -problems between hotel staff and booking service.
