The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and we enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately it was too cold for a round of golf. The room service and the cleanliness were great. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area.woderful. Great location across the river just 10 minutes to meetings in Ottawa. Nice 'spaciousness' to the hotel and location. Like staying at a country resort even though on a quick business trip in the nation's capital.
