I liked the room set up. I loved that the kitchenette had an 2 burner induction stove, microwave, dishes and mini fridge. Some of the staff was helpful and friendly. The price was right for what we needed. Friendly, helpful staff, gave directions to local businesses and activities. A good location with access to Vancouver and natural wonders in the area: Harrison Hot Springs and Bridal Veil Falls.

Room was nicely updated. I was surprised that the noise from the highway was not very loud even though we had our window open. It is close to the Heritage Centre. AWESOME Location to resteraunts, free-ways, shopping, and the venue we were attending .VERY reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable room. Housekeeping was awesome!. We were very pleased with the very friendly service that we had and would definitely recommend to others traveling to the area!. The IHOP attached to the hotel was amazing, I've never had such good pancakes! The rooms were adequate for an over night stay. That your right off the freeway so someone coming from out of town doesn't have a hard time finding you. Location for event attending. Clean , easy in out access to highway and close to town. We got an upgrade to a king suite and the room was nice and the bed super comfy. Parking very accessible, location close to heart of Chilliwack, very affordable. Close to Mall and easy access to freeway . Good price for rooms. courteous staff, convenience to highway, size of room, internet. Good price and close to everything I needed to access. Easy to find. Had a great location. Was very quiet. The kitchenette with the cook top was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool out of action briefly, but quickly dealt with. My 2 children loved the pool. Its a great asset to this hotel. Reception area was very light and welcoming. Liked the fact we were able to cook as we chose a room with a fridge. The price was right, the location. some of the staff was not that helpful and not friendly ( night shift) Both visits we asked for a playpen/crib and it wasn't in the room. We requested the playpen by phone & in the special requests on our on line booking. Love the kitchenette, but a few more kitchen basics would be helpful - like salt & pepper. Hot tub was broken. The hairdryer in the room did not work, but the lady at the front desk gave me a working one. No breakfast. Front desk staff were hard to locate at times but very friendly and helpful in answering questions/concerns. The hotel was a little tired, the walk ways and stairs looked like they needed some attention. Noisy heat/cooling ....... I wish they had continental breakfast. Restaurant closed due to renovations, bed was hard, room door card lock was problematic, no elevator. Restaurant closed for repairs. hallway carpets worn,. The air/heat unit was incredibly noisy. The jets in the hot tub were not functioning. They needed new rugs or at best a good cleaning in the common areas. Pool was shut down for a lnonger time that the notice indicated. Poor attention to detail. No bath plug for example and room not serviced one day we were there. Room was very dark and had a musty damp small. Spa pool was cold an didn't work either. Did not receive any housekeeping our first day there and only received a few towels and emptied garbage after asking. Rooms could be a little more affordable for the quality. Room was not very clean when we checked in. the high price. Dust, my allergies bothered me, dusting is a must even if its more than one day, my home has to be dusted daily due to my allegries, thats bot it, more dusting all areas. Hot tub not working.
