Great facility for little kids in cold weather

No frying pan in a supposedly fully equipped kitchen. The front desk in helpfully said call housekeeping. No one answered there. The room card clearly says checkout is noon. At 11 received a call wanting to know if we were out yet v

Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

All the amenities of home and more. Spa pool good for kids. Christian was great in the restaurant for adults and kids. Thank you. Helpful with lost/found kids.

Parking at late night. Security. Big door was open a number of times. Quick checkout on tv.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bartender opened our wine and lent us lovely glasses to take to our room. Bed was very comfy and the shower had an amazing rain head.

We were not in the main hotel but rather in an annex of sorts. Felt very disconnected. Hallways and rooms smelled stale. Dirty parking lot and unimpressive entrance. Upon checking out found out we were charged a resort fee of $15 to cover the free parking, wifi and pool amenities. Did not know this when I booked.

The in suite amenities such as the washer/dryer & full kitchen. The shower was great for the shower lover in our family!

-The noise from people in the hallway was extremely loud! -Would have liked to have an actual bathtub in one bathroom. -the room security was questionable. The safe was broken & after a full day away came back to finding our room door deadbolted open by possibly cleaning staff? No apologies were ever made to us by the hotel. We were not comfortable leaving anything of value behind!

One of the few places we have stayed in years that under promised and over delivered. FANTASTIC!

Although you can make ice in the room, when you arrive there was no ice machine in hall to have a iced drink.

Swim facilities for young children. Suites have kitchen which is great with young children.

The sofa bed could be more comfortable. My 8 year old did not even want to sleep in the sofa bed. It was uncomfortable on the body.

We loved the water slide and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and they knew a great deal about the Canmore area. The views were stunning.

The toilets didn't flush well and the living room set up was not comfortable for 4 people.

I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. So the activities you can partake in are endless. Overall it was fabulous and we loved it.

The suites are equiped with washing machines and driers and a great bath. Your hotel is luxurious and it is the second time my family chose it for our reunion.

My MasterCard was charged for two nights stay when I just used it to hold two suites for my brothers' families and they paid for themselves. I had to phone several times to receive a credit and did not receive a phone call from staff saying a credit was applied to my card although they apparently tried. The BBQ was too dirty to use.

The housekeeping services didn't come until the late afternoon or evening The rooms were rough our room had a lot of drywall damage The parkade was very dusty The pictures on the website did not accurately so the rooms

The website implied that the pool, bar and dining room were part of hotel building. We were in a separate bldg apart from amenities. The restaurant kitchen closed early for bar service and bar area would not accomodate more than a couple seated. Since we were a group of four we were seated otside the bar in the lobby/reception area.

Bathroom was nice and comfortable bed. The main building is very nice and the restaurant as well.

The "Boutique" rooms mean you are not in the main building. I have stayed in a condo type unit in the main building which was very nice, but this time we had a Boutique King which was in a seperate small building. The hallways had a strange odor and the room was just a basic room. I could have stayed at the Holiday in for cheaper for likely the same thing.

I wouldn't consider it a 4 star. The rooms are so filthy. Housekeeping just fixes the bed but do not clean the rooms. Wifi is not always working. Ac is central. So if you switched on the ac, it will be the same for the living room and the other bedroom.conceirge service is poor.

I liked the rooms.

We didnt get into 1 room till after 6pm. The housekeeping are lazy,and spend too much time talking to each other. We never had pool towels. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The parkade is something else, full of dust.

The location is good, easy access to down town.

When we checked in our room, we found gabage in the washroom gabage can, do not know if it has been throughly cleaned before we checked in. We are not very happy about that. Also our room was facing the parking lot, which I was not very happy. The view could be better. we also found the room is bit small.
