Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. I liked the experience there. I would like also to thank the receptionist Joey for his excellent performance. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and family and Will consider it in any future hotel staying for myself.

Most of all, the rate was affordable and worth the money. * Staff Very Friendly. * All our requirements were done fast. * Very Good Value to the money. * Good care to our children. The staff were courteous and friendly! There was outside parking available. Quick check in, staff very skilled and friendly. Great location. Bed was comfortable, TV worked well, good value for your money. Nice clean and comfy rooms , good location to Chinnook Centre. We liked the size of the bed and the warmth of the room. breakfast was really good.. Pool. We were there for the Stampede so was hard to find anywhere affordable. This was the cheapest we could find but it was suitable & the train is only a 10 min walk away which is brilliant & made everything else ok. The pool was nice, could have been a bit warmer. The hot tub was nice and warm. A bonus for people was small children 4 and under, is the kiddie pool. Where we ate our breakfast was very nicely decorated. People at the reception has a very good customer service and polite. They will hear the customer's request and accomodate as much as possible. since we didn't have a car on our stay, location was great. close to shopping and restaurants. also liked indoor pool and breakfast. Close to my eye Dr. for after surgery.Beds were excellent.Compared to the room we were in the last time this room was very poor. If I was running the hotel, I would have the smoking rooms at the end of the corridor so non-smokers and the pregnant don't have to walk past them on their way to breakfast, etc. The complimentry breakfast did not have much selections to choose from. Bagels was not a bagel size. * Reception setting area needs improvement & Elec. plugs. All corners in the bathroom were dirty/mouldy. Breakfast was less than what we have at some other restaurants, plus using paper is not good for enviroment, condidering they are concerned about enviroment. We didn't like the fact that there were children screaming outside of our room. not so much space in the parking lot. Pool temperature. breakfast poor. The room absolutely reeked off cigarette smoke despite being signed as a non-smoking room. The mattress sucked, you rolled toward the middle. The corners in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. The smoking room seems it hasn't clean. The sheet hasn't change because even the inner sheets smells smoke. room and bathroom a bit small. Bathroom needs up grading groating around tub very bad needs replacing carpets need cleaning. The tight parking lot. Very bad was, we had a smoking room, which couldn't be changed anymore. The smell was really bad, even the full day after we could smell it. Another thing were our neighbours. Shouting and making problems with each other made us sleep bad. Maybe bad luck. Smelly corridors and rooms. Very dark design in the room. No elevator. beds were older and sunken in the middle and the rooms were not that clean. beds weren't comfortable. We were only there to sleep however the bed was terrible. We stayed in what we were told was the upgraded room however, the bed definitely was one of the things that had been upgraded. The bed was past its prime - we both ended up rolling to the middlle. Sleep was minimal but aching backs were plentiful. Not much parking, a little costly for what you get. hot tub out of service indefinitely; bed uncomfortable - I should not wake up with aches and pains that I did not have when I went to sleep. No elevator Bathroom door didn't shut properly Run down. no elevator Dirty room Cold hot tub and pool Old food left in cupboards Grainy tv Bottles left in room.
