We liked the location, walking distance (just across the river) from all the Old Market, international restaurants but quiet because not in the busy section of town. Staff always knows what we need even before we ask. Nice size room for the price. Small restaurant, cool pool, great menu, great food!. Stayed at hotel when only 1 month old so this is my second stay. Again the staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Easy walk to night market and pub street for me and my 70 year old mother but away from the noise of the busier side of the river. Will stay again.

1.location is quite near the Pub Street,very convenient for us to visit the market while enjoying the good food. Hotel breakfast is very nice - cannot expect better. Hotel staff are also warm and friendly, Mr. Chea, a smiling young man leaves us deep impression. Nothing was too much trouble. We were picked up from the airport, had massage in our room, transport always available though location meant walking was often best option, friendly staff who could answer all our questions...even directed us to a hairdresser. Simply but nicely appointed -- calm feel to it. Staff was very helpful. Terrific location - close to the busy areas but on the quieter side of the river. Loved the adherence to the custom of taking shoes off at the door -- it's great. Hospitality of staff. Room was spacious. Good breakfast. Location, just over the river, was quiet, yet so close to markets, food, drink & sights. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room (and bathroom) were cleaned daily. Pool, balcony, tuk tuk service,. Were there in April on the 4th floor (top floor). The a/c could not cool the room enough, but after 2 days, were offered a fan and that did the job nicely. Were even allowed to keep a/c on while we were away which is unusual because all hotels turn it off when you give the key. The bathroom could use a upgrade as around the shower there was mildew. Internet a slow on hotel computer but iPhone work ok. 1.I have confirmed with Booking that hotel will send 2 "cars" to pick us up at airport, each at $4, but actually it was "tuktuk" mortors that came to greet us. This cost us extra 8 dollars (we have booked 2 tuktuks for the whole tour and airport pickup is free!). I don't know whose fault it is, Booking may give us wrong confirmation or hotel didn't have their words; 2. Room facilities have some problems, like the air-condition er has big noise, tubes has jam so water cannot flow down fast. slow internet, aircon that stayed cold regardless of setting. The pool was a little too cold for my liking. Air con was a bit weak. No coffee/tea making facilities, although the staff were able to bring mugs of boiled water to the room on request ( until the kitchen closed..). would have liked a warmer sheet/light duvet as can get chilly with a/c at night. Everything was good, nothing bad to say!. Nothing. Strange staff, free rooms were available via internet but the manager sent us out. After booking with "letsbookhotel.com" the manager was very angry. Customer service needs to improve a lot. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la prenotazione.
