This was my 'blow-out' guesthouse during a three week trip to Cambodia ($36/nt, including breakfast). Excellent facilities and wonderful location next to the river. Real value for the price. (Check out the photos. It really does look like that.) My wife wasn't with me, but I can easily visualize a couple having a very pleasant, quiet time unwinding here.

The staff were super friendly. The location was gorgeous, beautiful view of the mountains and the riverside setting (with two wooden jettys overlooking the water) was incredibly peaceful and tranquil.
I really loved the little, cute bungalow we stayed in. The restaurant was very nice and we had a nice dinner at the riverside. The staff were more than nice and very serviable. It was like paradise.

Great quiet locstion on Kampot River. Good location. Comfortable rooms. Value for money. Loved our stay in Kampot.

The surprising cozy element of this place when you arrive in this almost abandoned place. If you stay at this place, it's very relaxing.

Attention to detail with cleanliness of bathroom could be improved. Lack of safe and fridge in room for the price you pay.

The information given by the manager was not always correct. He seemed to be more interested in cashing his commission than to give a good service. This was the case when we booked a taxi for the caves and when we asked for a sunset boat ride. Get informed in the city for concrete information. The guest houses in the riverfront are helpfull e.g. Rikitikitavi.
