this was my best stay on my entire Cambodia-trip.
Cleanyness/Facilities/location in Kampot was perfect.
Breakfast is a simple one but very good.
It wasnt the hotel only that I liked with this stay.
I also hung around in their bar just outside and I found that the people working here were very trustworthy, helpful and kind.

I chose 'family' because none of the descriptions were good and
thay was closest. It's a nice small hotel on the riverside and the
road is not yet too busy. It's quiet and well located. The owner and
staff are very nice and very helpful. I would cetainly stay there again.
The English breakfast was yummy.
The staff was very kind and friendly. We had fun with them at the bar.

Cold draught Beer in the Sunset Bar. Very Clean property. Good fittings and furniture including bed. Free Wifi in rooms as well as common area. Great service from the Bar/Kitchen staff.
Rooms are new and well equipped. Beautiful location on the river. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are helpful and attentive. this is one of the best "budget" hotels I have stayed in.
Ray the manager very helpful,as were the staff This one of the best value Hotels we have stayed in S.E. Asia .One of the reasons why we delayed our departure from Kampot.
Riverside location is great. New building so everything works and the rooms are kept very clean. Laid back atmosphere with a really easy going yet efficient manager.
Service. Roy attended to my needs and requirements. He even arranged for my bus ticket to Kep.

The staff are fantastic, and go out of their way to help you. The owner can give you pointers in terms of tour operators, cycle hire etc.

Nothing, it was perfect for 25 dollars a night.
The breakfast wasn't great - ok, but small portions.
Not enough plugs in the room.
The electricity in the bathroom shut down several times without a reason.
A small thing, but it lacked a little warmth. Like pot plants.
Double bed was comfortable but a bit small. That's all though, minor detail.
The only thing I could mention is that the double bed is much smaller than we're used to ... but please don't let that put you off!.
Breakfast was only a couple of choices within a set menu, substantial but a bit repetitive. Noise from outside (karaoke?) coming into my room, 104, so had to wear earplugs. Would still stay here again though, it was a minor thing.

not good value for money compared to my booking at Coolabah Hotel, Sihanoukville USD36.63(Twin Premium) and Hilary's Boutique Hotel, Phnom Penh USD45.00(Twin). Both had a good restaurant and pool.
